ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 needed a single source of truth to manage the huge scale and complexity of delivering the tournament across 11 venues, with thousands of tasks, risks, issues, and incidents to track. WeTrack implemented a tailored system structure, imported project plans and data, trained users, enabled automated reporting, and delivered an incident management solution for the Tournament Coordination Centre. The result was a highly successful event supported by one platform live for 580 days, used by 180 users to manage 8,600 tasks, 650 risks/issues, 1,336 risk actions, and 150 incidents.
