FIA, the governing body of motor sport, needed a better way to manage its Sport Office operations, combining day-to-day planning with special projects across multiple departments. WeTrack provided event delivery software and support to create a more collaborative project management environment for FIA.

WeTrack implemented a single workspace for project planning, imported department plans into the system, and delivered tailored training and ongoing support. The result was improved cross-department collaboration and more efficient project management, supported by automated reporting and weekly summaries for senior management. The system is now used by 115+ users across 250+ projects and sub-projects with 1200+ tasks, and the partnership has continued for 2 years and counting.
