How WeTrack helped World Triathlon to streamline its worldwide event planning processes

World Triathlon, the world governing body for triathlon and related multisports, needed a better way to manage its growing number of global events. Working with WeTrack, it moved away from spreadsheets and adopted a centralized training and project management system to help each local organizing committee stay focused on event delivery while giving the central team better visibility.

WeTrack implemented a streamlined platform for 28 events, enabling automated event-specific reporting, faster project tracking, and easier prioritization across all LOCs. The results included 219 users, 1,570 tasks, 230 automated reports, and coverage across 46 countries, while saving World Triathlon significant time in meetings, emails, and manual coordination.
