Bournemouth 7s Festival, the privately owned South Coast sports and music event attracting over 30,000 attendees and 400+ teams, needed a better way to manage risk, incidents, and site build issues across a busy festival lifecycle. They worked with WeTrack, using its Incident Management Software and related training and support services to streamline event control and incident management.

WeTrack consulted with the team, set up the system on site, and trained users to log incidents, snag lists, and photographic evidence while providing remote support through the build, event, and derig. The result was a 21-day deployment with 29 users, 96 incidents logged, and 57 images captured, helping Bournemouth 7s consolidate processes, improve efficiency, and create a clear real-time record for decision-making and future learning.
