RoboVault, a Fort Lauderdale-based ultra-secure, high-tech private storage operator, needed a way to store and protect high-value items (from exotic cars to fine art) while overcoming high land costs, strict zoning and hurricane risk. To achieve top-tier security and cost-effectiveness, RoboVault partnered with Westfalia Tech. Inc., deploying Westfalia’s Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) and Savanna.NET software to design and run a multi-story automated facility.

Westfalia Tech. Inc. delivered a reinforced-concrete, 155,000 sq. ft., five-level automated facility with robotic S/RMs, turntable conveyors, PIN/biometric entry and museum-quality climate control managed by Savanna.NET. The installation provides over 450 containers (539 storage modules), 24/7 secure access, Category‑5 hurricane resistance, up to 14 days of backup power, services hundreds of domestic and international clients, maximizes space utilization and reduces operating costs (labor, parking and power).
