Western Precooling Systems, a long-established provider of cooling and logistics services at over 100 sites, was constrained by aging systems (Dynamics GP and an AS400), paper-based field service, disconnected inventory processes, and limited real-time visibility. They engaged Western Computer to modernize and migrate to the Microsoft Cloud using Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Dynamics 365 Field Service, and Power BI on Microsoft Azure.

Western Computer delivered a fully integrated Dynamics 365 solution with Power BI reporting and Power Automate workflows, enabling mobile/offline field service, automated financial processes, centralized inventory traceability, and digital approvals.
