Michigan Air Solutions, the authorized Quincy Compressor distributor, faced inefficient, disconnected systems across sales, service, inventory and accounting that required manual re‑entry, delayed invoicing and lacked mobile field capabilities as the company expanded to a second location. To solve these challenges, Michigan Air engaged Western Computer to find and deploy a consolidated ERP solution.

Western Computer implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV on Azure, integrated the Quincy Compressor parts database, and configured mobile devices (including offline sync) for field technicians, completing the New Year cutover on schedule. The deployment eliminated a full day of monthly manual parts/pricing entry, sped month‑end closes, enabled technicians to submit service reports immediately (instead of waiting 3–4 days) to trigger faster invoicing and provided real‑time inventory visibility — positioning Michigan Air for scalable growth with Western Computer’s ongoing support.
