Image Source Makes the Leap to the Cloud To Capitalize on New Technologies

Image Source, a national branded merchandise agency, faced the need to move its long-running on-premises Microsoft Dynamics NAV system to the cloud to gain new technologies, support remote work, and improve workflows—while retaining reporting capabilities and streamlining credit card payments. They engaged Western Computer to guide the migration and select the cloud ERP successor, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Western Computer executed the migration using its Fresh Start methodology and integrated Business Central with DocXtender/SharePoint for automated document handling, iSolutions for credit card processing and collections, and preserved Jet Reports functionality. The Western Computer-led project finished on time and on budget, delivered remote access without VPNs, automated sales-order document management, reduced administrative effort by about 20 hours per week, and eliminated many IT maintenance tasks through automatic updates.
