Automated Workflows Increase Workforce Efficiencies for Satellite Shelters

Satellite Shelters, a 50+-year modular rental company with 17 locations, needed a reliable partner to extend its internal IT team for heavy coding, ERP/CRM integrations, and software training. Beginning in 2014, Satellite Shelters worked with Western Computer to support its Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP and Armada Dynamics EQM rental management platform and to address challenges syncing data across systems.

Western Computer provided a dedicated team to upgrade NAV, integrate NAV with Dynamics 365 Sales, ClickDimensions and DocuSign, and automate workflows for quotes, purchase orders and contracts. As a result, quotes and contracts now flow automatically between CRM and ERP (eliminating manual transfers and input errors across up to 2,500 monthly quotes), electronic signatures speed contract processing, printing has been dramatically reduced, and overall workforce efficiency and data accuracy have improved — all delivered by Western Computer.
