Aden + Anais® is a global maker of muslin baby products that grew rapidly from retail to a predominantly eCommerce and Amazon-driven business. Western Computer led end-to-end Dynamics NAV implementations across five regions, managed business analysis, training, support, and third-party integrations (Jet Reports, Sana Commerce, ChargeLogic, Lanham, Beck EDI with SPS Commerce). The deployment included at least 15 automations and standardized processes that cut manual workload by 50%, reduced sales order and invoicing processing time, and supported processing more than 200,000 orders per month (30,000 from Amazon), while minimizing customizations and future upgrade costs.
