MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions, a mechanical contractor, needed to improve mobility and collaboration for its large team of field technicians to stay competitive. Working with vendor WennSoft, they sought a technology solution to enhance customer engagement by making their often hidden or inaccessible work visible to clients.

The solution, implemented by WennSoft, integrated XOi smart glasses with their KEY2ACT MobileTech system to create a new product called See. This allowed technicians to easily link photos and videos of their work to customer accounts. The results included faster invoice approval, reduced time spent on billing disputes, and the acquisition of a major new client impressed by the technology, all of which helped build greater customer trust and confidence.
