Videojet Technologies Inc., a world‑leading manufacturer of coding, printing and laser‑marking products, needed to quickly reach global customers during the COVID‑19 pandemic to keep lines running and protect service levels. They partnered with Welocalize to localize and translate urgent customer communications — including email copy, videos, landing pages and automated responses — for multiple markets.

Welocalize mobilized dedicated linguists and engineers to provide translation, cultural adaptation, DTP and multimedia engineering, QA and email testing, delivering eight country‑specific email packages in a 24‑hour turnaround. The campaign reached roughly 90,000 customers across England, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France, Brazil and Portugal, generated strong responses, opened a new customer communication channel, and provided monitoring/analytics to guide follow‑up messaging.
