Streamlining Localization in an Agile Environment

Talentsoft, a leading European cloud-based talent‑management SaaS with over 5 million users and deployments in 100+ countries, needed to localize weekly agile software updates at the same speed and quality as the source. Prior to working with Welocalize, updates were exported via macros into Excel, translated partially into a few languages and re-imported manually—creating delays, conversion steps and a risk of build failures from corrupted variable names. Welocalize has been Talentsoft’s sole language services provider since 2013.

Welocalize implemented an automated .Resx‑based workflow using GlobalSight TMS, translation memories and glossaries so translators work directly in .Resx files and files are processed weekly with no conversion. The result: all target languages are shipped simultaneously in weekly drops, faster time‑to‑market, reduced turnaround and build‑error risk, consistent quality from dedicated weekly resources, and a scalable language portfolio that enabled Talentsoft to grow in global markets.
