Pullman Regional Hospital, a community healthcare leader in Pullman, Washington with 600+ employees, needed a partner to deliver a holistic, self-directed employee wellbeing program that many vendors couldn’t support. After interviewing multiple companies, Pullman selected the WellRight platform to provide the customizable, autonomy-focused wellness solution they wanted.
WellRight enabled Pullman to deploy tailored challenges, two required program actions per year, biometric screening incentives, and a Social Wall to build community. The results include 75% year‑over‑year activation, roughly 41%–61% monthly logins, overall engagement at or above 65% with over half of employees participating, improved retention amid a statewide nursing shortage (6,000 open positions), and concrete health impacts—such as an employee’s diabetes diagnosis and treatment—attributed to WellRight-driven screenings and incentives.
