A WellRight Case Study
Meritain Health, which serves over one million members nationwide through its Healthy Merits wellness program, needed a more flexible, responsive and integrated platform to support employer clients and individual member journeys. The legacy Healthy Merits site (in use since 2006) was standalone, time-consuming to manage, and lacked white‑labeling and omni‑channel capabilities, so Meritain Health selected WellRight and its white‑labelable wellness platform to modernize the experience.
WellRight implemented a branded, app‑enabled wellness platform with omni‑channel communication (including text), customizable client programs and intuitive admin tools, enabling Meritain Health to stand up new clients in about 30 days. The WellRight solution boosted participation and client satisfaction (backed by surveys and testimonials), streamlined program management, improved engagement with biometric screenings and challenges, and even supported early detection stories shared by members.
