Calgary Hot Yoga, led by owner Craig Esau, was frustrated by the complexity, dwindling support and a steep 25% price increase from their MindBody software, which made daily operations and data management difficult and costly. After researching alternatives and talking with other studio owners, Craig decided to switch to WellnessLiving to address usability, support and cost concerns.
