Athletic Performance Complex (APC) is a multi‑disciplinary training and wellness facility in Bolton, Ontario that opened in September 2018, offering sports‑specific training, a smoothie bar, physiotherapy and more. After a rushed start using Zen Planner and the unexpected loss of one of its owners, the team found the software lacked the flexibility they needed (facility rentals, POS for smoothies, personal training packages, memberships and classes), so they began searching for a more capable management platform.

In January APC transitioned to WellnessLiving, migrated their data, trained staff, and rolled out the Achieve client app for bookings and communication. In the five months after switching they saw rapid growth: membership rose from zero in January to about 120–130 members and client records grew from 50 to 318, alongside a marked increase in revenue — and they’re now planning to activate WellnessLiving’s built‑in rewards program.
