Wellhub deployed its wellbeing platform, streamlining back-end administration, providing an app with direct chat support, and expanding fitness and wellness offerings to employees. The program drove measurable engagement—161% growth in subscribers, almost 30% of members with an active plan, and more than 4,000 in-person check-ins (data collected Jan–Oct 2021)—while reducing operational friction for SoFi’s benefits team and setting a goal of 50% active participation to further boost retention.
