How Gympass' digital solutions can complement new wellbeing initiatives

Heineken, one of the world’s largest beverage companies with over 13,000 employees in Brazil, faced rising mental health and wellbeing needs—accelerated by the pandemic—and partnered with Wellhub to complement its HEINEKEN Cuida program using Wellhub’s digital wellbeing and mental-health solutions.

Wellhub supported a three‑pillar approach (communication, welcoming with screening and referrals, and leadership training) by providing apps and digital services for meditation, nutrition, physical activity and care navigation. Early but strong engagement metrics (Sept 2019–Oct 2020) include 58% registrations, 22% enrollment, +1,496 partner locations visited, +2,204 app downloads, +21,000 employee check‑ins and an average use of twice weekly, demonstrating Wellhub’s role in driving adoption and wellbeing support across Heineken.
