Bumble approached Weirdly to add a customised Weirdly quiz to their careers site. They wanted a standout candidate experience that sat entirely outside their recruitment process—giving applicants a fun, branded way to learn about Bumble’s culture and discover which company values they shared.
Weirdly delivered a bespoke theme and mobile-friendly front end and built a Bumble-specific question bank using its in-house psych and question-writing team, weaving Bumble language and personality through the experience. The result is a playful, on-brand interaction that adds interactivity to Bumble’s careers site, strengthens their employer brand, and gives candidates a taste of life at Bumble before they choose to apply.
