The Los Angeles Better Buildings Challenge (LABBC) is a utility-funded initiative helping more than 40 participating organizations and 350 buildings work toward a 20% energy and water savings goal by 2020. To manage benchmarking, identify upgrade opportunities, and simplify program administration across a large portfolio, LABBC turned to WegoWise.

WegoWise automated utility data collection, helped LABBC compare building performance, track the results of efficiency upgrades, and export data to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. The platform saved staff hours, supported 42 million square feet of enrolled space, and gave LABBC and the City of Los Angeles a more scalable, data-driven way to manage energy and water performance across hundreds of buildings.
