Sodexo, a global leader in employee benefits and rewards, wanted to move away from manual ordering, payment, and fulfillment processes for digital rewards. The company needed an easier, self-serve way to offer instant, open-value eGift cards while keeping existing partner relationships and supporting a wide range of brands, markets, and currencies. WeGift Connect was the vendor’s API-first platform used to help meet these needs.

WeGift implemented a flexible rewards platform that consolidated more than 10 integrations into one and enabled Sodexo to launch with over 50 retailers while retaining its existing network. The solution automated payments, delivery, invoicing, reconciliation, and analytics, saving 100s of operational hours and increasing efficiency. It also drove a 64% increase in eGift card load value and an over 50% uplift in average load value, showing strong adoption of open-value rewards.
