Heureka Group, Europe’s largest price comparison website and online shopping advisor, was overloaded with initiatives, lacked focus and long-term progress, and needed a goal‑setting framework that would give teams autonomy while aligning work with company priorities. To support a structured OKR rollout and synchronize teams across offices in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovenia, Heureka Group adopted Weekdone’s OKR software and services.

Weekdone supported a gradual OKR implementation—starting with a seven‑person pilot in product and development, running multi‑day workshops for 60 leaders, and rolling OKRs out to more than 50 teams—while combining OKRs with KPIs to balance improvement and business‑as‑usual.
