How Humanitec Creates Alignment With Objectives and Key Results

Humanitec, a software company serving NGOs with teams across four locations and 15 nationalities, needed a simple way to align people and clarify how individual work contributes to company goals. CEO Kaspar von Grünberg adopted the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework and chose Weekdone for its intuitive OKR platform, excellent user experience and onboarding materials to help roll out the approach.
