Belfor, the worldwide leader in disaster recovery and property restoration, needed a better way to communicate, plan and prioritize work across its distributed teams—especially because much of their work is emergency-driven. To solve this, Belfor adopted Weekdone’s weekly progress reports and planning tools to standardize reporting and keep leadership informed when managers cannot be in every location.
Weekdone was rolled out across all five of Belfor’s Texas offices, with each office set up as a team and all GMs forming a leadership team. Using Weekdone’s weekly plans, computerized to‑do lists and monthly-reviewed Team Objectives, Belfor shifted from reactive firefighting to clearer prioritization: staff plan their weeks more consistently, objectives from reviews stay front-of-mind, and progress is visible to management as part of their standard workflow.
