How ABC Employees Know Each Others Progress

American Bird Conservancy (ABC), a 63-person non-profit dedicated to conserving native birds and their habitats across the Americas, needed a simple, regular way for staff to share plans, progress and problems across departments. They chose Weekdone’s progress reporting to give everyone a clear, low-friction view of what colleagues are working on and to increase transparency without feeling like intrusive monitoring.

Weekdone implemented its progress report tool—with an easy, colorful UI and a company webinar for onboarding—so team members automatically enter achievements, plans and blockers and receive consolidated reports. The result: roughly 55–60 of 63 employees use Weekdone regularly, manual report gathering was eliminated, leadership (including the board and president) gained better visibility, and the organization reports smooth adoption with virtually no complaints. Weekdone continues to iterate on features (comments/likes, file attachments, reminders) based on ABC’s feedback.
