Wedia Helps Covéa And Its Brands Comply With Regulatory Obligations

Covéa, a €17‑billion French mutual insurance group behind brands such as MAAF, GMF and MMA, needed a user‑friendly Marketing Resource Management solution to reinforce brand image, better manage campaigns and meet regulatory obligations — specifically to control what webmasters and community managers distribute and to enable legal, risk and compliance tracking in content validation. Covéa selected Wedia to address these challenges, deploying Wedia’s CPCM and DAM solutions.

Wedia implemented editorial planning, approval workflows and a “single source of truth” asset library with renditions, improving collaboration across the group’s four major brands, synchronizing publications, and automating asset updates to guarantee brand consistency. The Wedia deployment delivered significant gains in communication efficiency, enabled automated diffusion and reporting to measure content performance, and will be extended with integrations to Jahia, HootSuite and Salesforce to accelerate campaign activation and lead acquisition.
