Super Vac Uses Wedia To Find And Share Assets Across Its Complex Dealer Network

Super Vac, the world’s leading ventilation equipment manufacturer for firefighting and industrial applications, faced a fragmented asset landscape spread across internal drives and Dropbox that made it hard for employees, dealers and salespeople to find and share the right media. To centralize and simplify access across multiple brands and complex dealer networks, Super Vac implemented Wedia’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution.

Wedia set up a single repository with brand-specific filtering and search, fine‑grained user roles and access rights, and “boards” for grouping and publishing assets; the DAM now holds more than 8,000 assets across five brands and is used by almost 1,000 dealers. The Wedia DAM improved searchability and publication workflows, saved significant time for users, and ensured asset integrity by restricting access to only relevant materials.
