GW Cosmetics, an Austrian manufacturer of hair, face and body care products (brands include RefectoCil), needed to upgrade its Web2print setup into a central, multilingual repository for marketing and communication materials to support full asset management, multi-channel publishing and distributor/agency use. To meet these needs GW Cosmetics chose Wedia to implement a Digital Asset Management solution combined with Wedia’s Distribution Marketing Management module.

Wedia delivered a bilingual DAM platform with a multimedia library (photos, video, PDF, InDesign), a web2print area with preset formats and automated dimension adaption, and granular rights management for internal and external users. The Wedia solution enabled consistent brand identity and legal compliance, sped up content production and distribution across channels, and helped partners in North America, Europe, Australia and South Africa save several hours daily searching for media, while simplifying collaboration with agencies and retailers.
