Get The Label, a fast-growing subsidiary of JD Sports Fashion Group selling discounted branded sportswear, faced operational drag from multiple point solutions that increased costs, slowed development and complicated supplier management. Webtrends Optimize built a social proof and product recommendations engine in a matter of weeks, A/B tested it against the incumbent vendor and outperformed the previous solution, enabling Get The Label to consolidate onto a single platform. The switch reduced the number of supplier tags (improving latency and site speed), cut development and planning time by replacing three applications with one, delivered faster time-to-market for new features, and provided dynamic A/B testing capability to optimise messaging and placements.
