Cracka Wines, Australia’s largest online wine store, faced the challenge of turning high SEO-driven traffic into sales while lacking a dedicated analytics team to understand visitor intent and conversion barriers. To address this, Cracka Wines engaged Webtrends Optimize, using its testing, targeting, analytics and personalization capabilities to diagnose abandonment points and prioritize optimization opportunities.

Webtrends Optimize provided a managed testing program and multivariate testing (MVT) strategy, validated the responsive site across devices, and ran three key experiments: a unified product carousel (36% uplift in sales), a “recently viewed” retargeting and price-comparison test (13.5% uplift), and switching to case pricing display (18% uplift).
