Mt. View Sanitary District - Customer Case Study

To modernize the District's data management tools, Websoft built several databases to integrate GIS data with other datasets, including CAD files historically used to generate paper maps. The data was made available in a single online database called FacilitiesMap, which was later integrated with the Websoft’s asset management software, MobileMMS. Since 2017, the District has used MobileMMS as their CMMS and FacilitiesMap as their mobile work order management system which gives them a holistic view of routine maintenance and compliance activity in their system, including inspection information, permit data, and easement information. With enhanced analytical capabilities, the City is tracking performance trends and approaching asset maintenance more strategically.
