City of Chico - Customer Case Study

After implementing the FacilitiesMap web-based GIS management software and creating custom interfaces with the City's website, Websoft deployed MobileMMS for the City. MobileMMS helps the City perform three critical functions. The first is to have a standardized method of receiving work requests from city personnel and citizens. The second function is to track and complete these requests. The third is allowing City work crews to enter data and update City databases with information about field assets and completed work. Websoft also hosts the City’s website and Geocortex platform, including the management of all updates, maintenance and security features.
