Webroot® Security Awareness Training Enables MSP Growth Through New Service Tiers

Digital Boardwalk, a Pensacola-based MSP led by EVP and co‑founder Brian Wilkey, supports about 3,000 endpoints and serves clients with strict compliance needs, including DoD contractors subject to DFARS, NIST 800‑171, and CMMC. To meet those requirements and improve client security, Digital Boardwalk has used Webroot products—Webroot Business Endpoint Protection, Webroot DNS Protection, and Webroot Security Awareness Training—to deliver mandatory cybersecurity education and broader cyber resilience.

Using the Webroot Security Awareness Training managed through the Webroot MSP console and RMM, Digital Boardwalk implemented pre‑scheduled two‑semester training campaigns and integrated phishing simulations into managed‑service tiers to prove need and enable upsells.
