Smithfield Station is a family-owned waterfront inn, restaurant and marina in historic Smithfield, VA, that grew to 44 upscale rooms and unique lighthouse accommodations. Facing an outdated system that required manual online distribution and guest communications, management needed a modern, cloud-based PMS to streamline reservations, increase online sales and free staff time.
