Dunton Hot Springs is a restored ghost‑town luxury resort in the Colorado Rockies with 13 cabins, natural hot springs and extensive activities, and it regularly offers whole‑property buyouts for up to 44 guests. The property needed a flexible, Mac‑compatible PMS that could manage group reservations, activity bookings and complex, activity‑based packages—tasks their local PMS couldn’t handle (activities were tracked in error‑prone spreadsheets).

Dunton implemented WebRezPro Cloud PMS with the ActivityEngine module, completing setup and staff training in about a month and connecting to SynXis, payment processing and Guestfolio. The system centralized activity and group bookings, attached activities to guest and group folios, simplified package accounting and pricing overrides, and enabled remote access—resulting in smoother operations, more accurate billing and greater staff satisfaction.
