Interflora Italy, the local arm of the global flower-delivery network, launched "Interflora Young" to engage customers under 35 but needed a highly personalized, innovative e‑commerce experience rather than an off‑the‑shelf solution. The project required fast, agile development and robust customer-care integration to handle premium/discount rules, payments and billing while keeping marketers closely involved despite limited technical background.

SinergieIT built a custom solution using WebRatio Cube with a Joomla front end and a PHP-based back end, integrating PayPal and BancaSella payments, SAP billing, real‑time customer‑care notifications and a 180‑page site. The first version was delivered in five months (live May 2012) and quickly gained traction — 315,000 page views in the first three months and an average of about 120 daily visits.
