Dolomiti Energia, a multi-utility serving over 70 municipalities in Trento province, needed to rapidly modernize its customer-facing services after a corporate reorganization. After selecting WebRatio, Dolomiti Energia launched a new website and CMS in about two months, integrated with SAP and internal systems to provide online billing, e‑mail and SMS bill notifications, meter self-reading, energy usage monitoring and historical data, online subscriptions and a water-analysis map.
