Dalco, a regional distributor of commercial and industrial cleaning supplies with eight distribution centers and more than 50 outside sales reps, struggled to get real-time pricing and inventory from its Infor A+ ERP while reps were in the field. This forced reps to call inside sales for quotes, creating delays and operational inefficiency. WebPresented’s WPCRM (its Sales Enablement tool) was selected to provide a mobile quoting and order-entry solution.

WebPresented implemented WPCRM’s out-of-the-box integration with Infor A+, enabling reps to look up pricing and inventory, create polished quotes, and submit orders to the A+ system in real time from mobile devices. In the first six months Dalco reps created over $14 million in quotes and converted about 50% of those into ERP orders directly from their phones, while onboarding was rapid and both sales and service productivity improved.
