A Webplace Case Study

Preview of the Nasca Case Study

NASCA launches an accessible WordPress website with Webplace

NASCA, an all-Indigenous not-for-profit, was dissatisfied with its recently redesigned website, which failed to effectively communicate its three pillars of Culture, Education, and Community. The site had poor content discoverability, a confusing user experience, and unclear calls to action. NASCA engaged Webplace to undertake a redevelopment, concerned about the potential cost and scope of changes so soon after the initial build.

Webplace redesigned and rebuilt the website using WordPress, creating new content types for programs, stories, and donations. Through a collaborative process of design and technical workshops, they delivered a culturally considerate, accessible, and responsive site that NASCA is proud of. The result is a digital gateway that clearly represents its mission, and Webplace continues to provide ongoing support and maintenance.
