Seamless Integration with the oneGB Employee App

Groz-Beckert, the global textile-technology firm, needed to modernize internal communications and bring HR self‑service to frontline employees across its Albstadt site. Working with WebMD Health Services, Groz-Beckert deployed a branded employee app (oneGB) and integrated HR functions with its SAP system to provide immediate, mobile access to news, shift updates, time tracking and vacation requests for all staff.

WebMD Health Services implemented the employee engagement platform quickly, piloting a branded test version and rolling out oneGB with targeted onboarding and departmental content. The app drove rapid adoption — 65% of the 2,200 Albstadt employees registered within 90 days and weekly active users reached 90% by month four — and became the primary channel during the COVID‑19 crisis for real‑time safety, shift and policy communications.
