Farm Credit Foundations, a collaboration of Farm Credit employers serving 10,000+ participants across 34 organizations in 41 states, faced the ongoing challenge of keeping its decade‑old HealthyReturns well‑being program relevant and engaging across many locations. To modernize and sustain engagement, Farm Credit Foundations partnered with WebMD Health Services, leveraging the HealthyReturns program and WebMD ONE platform along with Dedicated Well‑Being Services.

WebMD Health Services implemented a multi‑pronged solution—recruiting 112 Wellness Ambassadors (covering 94% of employer groups), updating the participant experience to WebMD ONE (64% registered), running ongoing wellness challenges, shifting incentives to $100 per 100 points (up to $300), and delivering custom communications and Day of Wellness events. The results were measurable: an 87% health assessment completion rate, 59% of participants earning their full incentive, 35% enrollment in each new challenge, 1,231 lbs lost and 3,592 additional minutes of exercise, plus local event boosts such as +10% HA completions and +13% increases in onsite screenings.
