How Luxury Living Increased Employee Engagement and Reduced Turnover with TINYpulse

Luxury Living, a Chicago-based luxury apartment brokerage founded in 2007, saw employee engagement dip after shifting to a hybrid, largely remote model. In 2021 the company partnered with TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services to better understand employee sentiment and restore a people-centric culture.

WebMD Health Services deployed TINYpulse’s Engagement Survey, Key Driver Analysis, and anonymous two-way private messaging to surface root causes and enable real-time leader follow-up. That feedback drove initiatives like quarterly goal planning, a more flexible PTO policy, a quarterly mental health day, pay-transparency updates and enhanced benefits—results included stronger manager–employee relationships, higher engagement and benefits satisfaction, and a notable reduction in turnover within the first year.
