CraftMark Bakery, a high-speed commercial bakery that grew from $0 to $200M in four years, needed to automate accounts payable and other document workflows to avoid adding manual labor as it scaled. Working with Webiplex, CraftMark evaluated and adopted the DocuPeak solution to extend their existing NetSuite system and address AP capture, approvals, and broader process automation needs.

Webiplex implemented DocuPeak into CraftMark’s NetSuite environment to manage capture, routing and approvals across AP and other processes, cutting invoice cycle times from two weeks to 24 hours. The Webiplex-led solution routed exceptions electronically (eliminating printing and signature chasing), let one employee handle the workload of five, avoided hiring additional manual staff, and enabled document management use beyond the AP department.
