The City of Inglewood needed a web-based, legally compliant way to deliver and track police subpoenas that would work across officer shifts, provide confirmed recipient identification, and generate a full audit trail for the LA District Attorney and City Attorney offices. To meet this need the City partnered with Webiplex and used its DocuPeak SaaS platform to develop the DocuPeak Subpoena Management application.

Webiplex implemented a customized web form, dashboard views, real-time notifications and a detailed electronic audit trail via DocuPeak Subpoena Management, eliminating manual entry and email attachments. The solution improved consistency and accountability, reduced administrative costs, and saved the City of Inglewood more than 200 hours per month, while providing scalability for additional city-wide applications.
