A Webgility Case Study
Product Bahn (brands include PrepareWise, BuyEmergencyFoods, LegacyFoodStorage, BannockOutdoors and SilverFern) is a multi‑brand e‑commerce seller of emergency, camping and natural foods founded in 2010. Operating seven brands across BigCommerce, Shopify and multiple marketplaces with fulfillment spread across facilities, the company struggled to quickly and accurately sync orders and inventory into QuickBooks—relying on daily CSV uploads that took 1–2 hours and introduced errors, a problem that became critical during order spikes.
Product Bahn implemented Webgility Unify to automate order entry, inventory sync and QuickBooks integration (including hosted QuickBooks via NovelASPEct) and to handle custom rules for multiple stores and marketplaces. The result: order loading dropped from 1–2 hours to 2–3 minutes, daily processing time fell to about one hour while supporting a jump to 200–300 orders/day, inventory and accounting became accurate, and fee reconciliation and reporting improved visibility and control.
