Loving Guidance, D/B/A Conscious Discipline, is a 20‑year‑old education company founded by Dr. Becky Bailey that provides social‑emotional learning curricula, books, workshops and certifications for educators and families worldwide. As the business expanded its e‑commerce and launched a Shopify store and POS for events, manual data entry and the inability to reliably sync sales, inventory and accounting between Shopify, Shopify POS, QuickBooks and ShipStation created operational bottlenecks and reporting blind spots.
