Furbo Dog Camera boosted performance during Black Friday with Smart Shopping campaigns

Furbo Dog Camera, a leading interactive dog camera brand, needed to boost visibility and sales during the critical holiday shopping season, especially around Black Friday. To stand out in a crowded market, the company wanted to reach shoppers throughout the full buying journey across search and product review channels. WebFX partnered with Furbo to support this goal using Google Ads Smart Shopping campaigns.

WebFX created a new Smart Shopping campaign and used the Maximize Conversion Value bid strategy without a ROAS target so the campaign could optimize for the most value. The shift from Standard Shopping to Smart Shopping delivered strong results: revenue increased 348% year over year, ROAS improved by 76%, and CPA dropped by 54%. Furbo also reported Black Friday sales up 300% YoY.
