West Contra Costa Unified School District - Customer Case Study

West Contra Costa Unified School District faced a $210m construction program across multiple Oakland-area schools and needed a way to centrally manage construction documentation, assets and defects while ensuring accurate project handover and integration with existing facilities management systems. The District engaged WebFM and its OmTrak suite (OmTrak Documents, O&M Manuals, OmTrak Siteworks) along with training and support to address these challenges.

WebFM implemented OmTrak Documents and Siteworks, delivered O&M manuals, and provided training and support to create one central system for managing construction, assets and defects and integrated OmTrak with the District’s existing FM systems. As a result, WebFM improved project handover documentation accuracy and centralized management across the $210m program, enabling more efficient defect tracking and asset handover.
