The University of Technology Sydney engaged WebFM to support handover of the $250m UTS Central project—a 17‑floor, mixed podium and tower building—facing the challenge of consolidating complex O&M documentation, transferring asset data and managing defects to achieve operational readiness. WebFM supplied OmTrak O&M Manuals and OmTrak Siteworks plus consulting, training and support to address these needs.

WebFM implemented OmTrak O&M Manuals and Siteworks, transferred asset data into UTS’s facilities management system, and provided defect-tracking and client defect‑management workflows with training and progressive visibility so information was received prior to handover. As a result, WebFM delivered integrated, searchable O&M documentation, real‑time defect tracking and streamlined asset-data transfer to support a smoother, more transparent handover and ongoing FM operations.
